Before we left for Guatemala, I had been telling McCaleb that we were going to change to a big boy bed once we got home. Because this adoption process has taken so much longer than we anticipated... we have had his big boy bed set up in his room for QUITE A LONG TIME.
McCaleb decided that Sara would NOT want to sleep in her own room... so EVERY day in Guatemala, he would tell her about her new room. But then he would say... "Or... you can sleep in my room, Sara. You can pick... it's your pick." (By the way... it sounds like Sa-ya when he says Sara's name. It's very cute...)
Much to McCaleb's disappointment... Sara picked her own room. She's been sleeping there every night.
So Saturday, we took down the "crib/toddler bed" and took it all away. We moved the room around and put the new quilt on McCaleb's bed. He was so proud. My baby is an angel...he is 100% pure sweetness. (Just look at him while he is sleeping.)
He was so proud of his new room... and his new bed! Even though it's been in his room all this time... he has claimed it as his own! He is turning into SUCH A BIG BOY... and I am just so proud of him.

Wow! He's such a cutie! Romy was sitting next to me while I read this post......and then she pointed to McCaleb's picture and said "KiKi's boyfriend".........
